Separate Organizations Make Scheduling More Complicated

Teams don’t always work within a single company, tenant, or calendar platform. Employees may collaborate across subsidiaries, partner organizations, clients, or newly combined companies, leaving availability divided between systems that don’t communicate with each other.

Your Team Can See Each Other. The Client Can't.

Internal scheduling is easy because coworkers share a calendar environment. Add a customer, partner, consultant, or interim executive, and that visibility disappears.

One Meeting Can Span Five Companies

The more organizations involved, the more availability gets exchanged through email, assistants and manual follow-up.

Separate Tenants Hide Real Availability

Subsidiaries, acquired companies, portfolio companies and partners may work together every day while remaining on separate Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenants.

Keep Availability Connected Across Companies

When teams work across separate companies or tenants, one organization may have no visibility into commitments scheduled in another. CalendarBridge syncs availability across those calendars so each one reflects when someone is already busy, helping teams schedule accurately while accounts and organizations remain separate.

Coordinate Meetings Across Organizational Boundaries

Finding a meeting time gets harder when attendees work for different companies and their availability lives in separate systems. Use CalendarBridge scheduling links or the AI Scheduling Assistant to coordinate availability and schedule meetings across organizations without the usual back-and-forth.

My assistants across several companies no longer need to talk to one another; they can simply see that time is blocked by another company

FAQs About Our Cross Company Scheduling Tools

No. People you schedule with do not need a CalendarBridge account. You can send them a scheduling link or include the CalendarBridge AI Scheduling Assistant in an email conversation, and they can participate using their existing email and calendar tools.

Yes. CalendarBridge can synchronize calendar availability across separate Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants, including Microsoft-to-Microsoft, Google-to-Google, and Microsoft-to-Google environments. This allows users in different tenants or domains to see accurate availability while continuing to work in Outlook or Google Calendar.

No. CalendarBridge is designed to work while your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenants remain separate. It synchronizes availability between calendars, so organizations can improve cross-tenant scheduling without first consolidating tenants or migrating everyone to the same calendar platform.

You control how much meeting information is synchronized. A CalendarBridge sync can share only free/busy availability, or it can be configured to include details such as the event subject, description, location, conferencing information, and attendees. Organization administrators can also enforce policies that restrict which event details users are allowed to sync.

Yes. The CalendarBridge AI Scheduling Assistant works through email, so the other participants do not need CalendarBridge. Add the assistant to an email conversation and it can communicate with participants, suggest times based on your connected calendars, handle scheduling changes, and send the meeting invitation.

Yes. CalendarBridge group accounts provide administrators with controls for managing users, authorized domains, and sync connections. Administrators can restrict which domains users may sync with and control what event information is allowed to be synchronized, including enforcing free/busy-only configurations.

CalendarBridge supports Google Calendar for Gmail and Google Workspace accounts, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online calendars, Outlook.com calendars, and Apple iCloud calendars. Public Internet calendars available through an ICS URL can also be used as sync sources. Google and Microsoft source calendars support real-time syncing, while iCloud and ICS source calendars are checked periodically.

CalendarBridge provides security and compliance documentation through its Trust Portal, including SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA materials, security policies, subprocessors, and audit documentation. A Data Processing Addendum is also available, and organizations conducting a vendor review can request access to gated reports or submit a security questionnaire.
