CalendarBridge reduces the coordination work that builds up when everyone contributing to an engagement operates from a different calendar environment.
Give PMOs, project teams, and schedulers reliable availability for the workshops, reviews, decisions, and recurring meetings the work depends on.
Reduce the time consultants, executive assistants, project coordinators, and client teams spend chasing availability, maintaining holds, and rebuilding schedules.
Coordinate across client, consulting, vendor, and partner organizations without requiring everyone to move into the same calendar environment.
The calendar problem starts when each organization can see only its own people. CalendarBridge makes the availability needed to coordinate the program visible across organizational boundaries, without requiring everyone to move into the same calendar environment.
Synchronize availability between the calendars teams rely on so changes in one account are reflected where that availability needs to be seen.
Connect Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other supported calendars across client, consulting, vendor, and partner organizations without requiring everyone to migrate into the same tenant.
Control what information crosses calendar boundaries. Teams can share the availability needed to coordinate work while keeping confidential meeting details inside the organization or account where they belong.
Keep client, consulting, technology, and specialist teams aligned throughout long-running transformation programs.
Coordinate design workshops, architecture reviews, testing, deployment, and other work across client and implementation teams.
Maintain reliable availability as internal teams, advisors, consultants, and integration partners work across organizational boundaries.

Keep availability synchronized across client, consulting-firm, vendor, and partner calendars without manually maintaining duplicate holds.
See commitments across client, consulting, and partner calendars in one place, whether or not those calendars are synced.
Make it easier to schedule workshops, reviews, and other meetings using availability across connected calendars.
Give compatible AI tools accurate calendar availability so scheduling workflows can account for commitments across connected calendars.
Choose how synchronized events appear across organizational boundaries, from private Busy blocks to more detailed event information.
Calendar coordination shouldn’t depend on every consultant creating their own workaround.
CalendarBridge can support a consistent approach across teams, helping organizations keep availability accurate as consultants move between client environments, projects, and calendar systems.

I’m running 2 companies and I have 3 calendar accounts, 1st is Gmail for private, 2nd is Office365 for business A, and 3rd is Office365 for business B. Before I met with this service, I always copied my schedule for all calendars and sometimes forgot to copied. This made me so uncomfortable and took time. With this service, I don’t need to worry about “copy” anymore.

I easily configured CalendarBridge so client-calendar details appear on my company calendar, while company appointments show only as ‘busy’ on the client calendar to protect confidentiality. I am extremely happy with it.

I was able to easily configure it so that the details of the client calendar show on my company calendar, but other appointments at my company only show as “busy” on the client calendar to protect my confidentiality. It also has an appointment scheduling feature similar to Calendly which is great as it saves me from having to use another tool. I’m super happy with it.

Yes. CalendarBridge can sync supported calendars across separate organizations and accounts, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, so availability can stay accurate without requiring everyone to use the same tenant or calendar platform.
Sometimes. Microsoft 365 tenants may require administrator approval before a consultant can connect CalendarBridge. CalendarBridge provides IT approval instructions and security documentation to help client administrators review the requested permissions.
You control what information is synchronized. A busy-only sync can show that time is unavailable without copying the meeting title, attendees, description, location, or conference details into the other calendar.
Yes. Privacy settings are configured for each sync direction. For example, you can copy selected meeting details from a client calendar to your consulting-firm calendar while showing only Busy blocks from your firm calendar on the client side.
Yes. CalendarBridge offers group options for consulting teams. With Managed Syncs, administrators can create and manage calendar connections centrally, while other group configurations can allow individual consultants to manage their own CalendarBridge accounts.
Calendar connections can be changed or removed as assignments change. In centrally managed deployments, administrators can manage those sync connections through the organization portal, including adding or removing connections as team assignments evolve.
Yes. By keeping availability current across connected calendars, CalendarBridge can help executive assistants, PMOs, schedulers, and project coordinators find workable meeting times without manually reconciling separate client and consulting-firm calendars.
CalendarBridge provides a Trust Center with security and compliance information for vendor and IT reviews, including security policies, subprocessors, compliance information, supporting documents, and a security questionnaire.
Yes. CalendarBridge offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, so consultants can test the workflow before considering a broader team deployment.
