For years we struggled managing calendars across multiple organizations. In our search for a solution, we had three simple criteria:

1. Outlook, Teams and Google Calendar need to reflect our accurate availability across all our calendars. This allows internal colleagues to book us directly from within their Outlook, Teams, and Google Calendar instances without fear of double booking us.

2. A simple way to share our availability and schedule meetings with external participants (i.e., people who don't have email addresses at one of our organizations)

3. No vacuuming up our calendar and contact data and doing who knows what with it.

For years, we couldn't find a solution that met these criteria.

So we built it.
