Calendar & Scheduling Tools for Fractional Executives
Fractional Executives Working Across Multiple Organizations
Fractional executives, interim leaders, and Board advisors often work across several companies at once, each with its own calendar, meetings, and expectations.
CalendarBridge keeps availability accurate across those separate environments so you can manage every commitment without combining accounts or exposing information between organizations.

One Executive. Multiple Roles. One Reliable Calendar.
Your work may be spread across several companies, but your time is not. CalendarBridge keeps availability coordinated across calendars so each organization can schedule around the same reality.
Protect Your Capacity
Keep meetings across company, Board, and personal calendars from overlapping and creating double bookings.
Keep Each Organization Separate
Share the availability each organization needs without exposing meetings, clients, or other commitments from your other calendars.
Spend Less Time Managing Availability
Reduce the manual holds, duplicate entries, calendar checking, and follow-up that increase as you take on more clients and responsibilities.
Keep Availability Accurate Everywhere You Work
A meeting added to one calendar can affect when you’re available to every other company you work with. CalendarBridge keeps that availability current across the calendars that need it without relying on manual holds or duplicate entries.
Keep Availability Accurate Across Accounts
Synchronize availability between the calendars you rely on so a commitment added in one place is reflected wherever else you need to appear unavailable.
Work Across Different Calendar Environments
Connect Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Outlook, iCloud, and other supported calendars without requiring every organization you work with to use the same system.
Share Availability Without Sharing Sensitive Details
Show that time is unavailable without exposing confidential meeting names, attendees, client information, or personal commitments to another organization.

Working with sensitive financial data across active client engagements means privacy is non-negotiable. CalendarBridge blocks out my real-time availability across every client calendar, but displays only ‘Busy’ to external teams. I get full schedule protection without accidentally leaking client names, M&A discussions, or confidential strategic meetings.

Logging into five different client Google and Outlook accounts every morning just to map out my day was draining hours of valuable executive bandwidth. The Unified Calendar gives me one clean, master view of my entire schedule while automatically hiding duplicate sync copies. Combined with multi-calendar scheduling links, it’s cut my calendar admin work by 80%.

Yes. You can connect supported calendar accounts from multiple companies and choose which calendars should work together. Your company accounts remain separate while CalendarBridge keeps your availability coordinated across the calendars you use.
No. CalendarBridge can connect supported Google and Microsoft calendars, so one company can use Google Workspace while another uses Microsoft 365 or Outlook. Apple iCloud and public ICS calendars are also supported, although their syncing frequency and capabilities differ from Google and Microsoft calendars.
Yes. You control which event information is copied when calendars are synchronized. You can sync only the time of an event so it appears as Busy without copying the meeting title, attendees, description, location, or conference details. Synced events can also be marked private for additional control over how they appear to others.
Yes. CalendarBridge can synchronize your availability so a commitment on one company calendar is reflected on the other calendars where you also need to appear unavailable. This helps prevent someone at another organization from scheduling a meeting during time you have already committed elsewhere.
Yes. You can create separate CalendarBridge Scheduling Pages for different companies or types of meetings. For example, a page for Company A can book meetings to your Company A calendar while still checking your other connected calendars for conflicts. A separate page for Company B can do the same with your Company B calendar.
Yes. Each Scheduling Page can have its own availability rules, including working hours, meeting length, lead time, and buffers between meetings. This lets you define when meetings for a particular company can be booked instead of making every open time across your week available to every organization.
Yes. You can connect work and personal calendars and control what information is shared between them. For example, a personal appointment can block your availability on a company calendar without revealing the title or other details of the personal event.
Yes. The CalendarBridge AI Scheduling Assistant uses a primary calendar for booked meetings and can check additional calendars for availability before proposing times. This allows personal commitments, other company calendars, and other configured availability calendars to prevent conflicting meeting suggestions without requiring meetings to be written to those calendars.
