What's New in CalendarBridge?

This release introduces new organization features, expanded filtering options, and updates across Unified Calendar, Schedulers, and the AI Assistant.

AI Assistant Updates

AI Assistant Pricing Update

The CalendarBridge AI Assistant is now included at no additional cost with Premium and Pro plans. This update replaces the previous pay-as-you-go model and provides more predictable access for users who rely on the assistant to manage scheduling, coordination, and calendar updates.

AI Assistant Personalization Improvements

The AI Assistant now automatically personalizes how it refers to you based on your selected primary calendar. The assistant applies your name and title directly from that calendar, helping it communicate in a more natural and consistent way without manual setup.

Because this information is pulled directly from your connected calendar account, users may update their calendar profile if they prefer a different name or format.

Users who recently added funds to their AI Assistant balance will have those amounts credited or refunded as appropriate. Basic plan users can upgrade to continue using the AI Assistant.

Organization and Team Updates

7 Day Free Trial for Organizations

Organizations can now explore CalendarBridge with full access for seven days. This gives teams time to evaluate how CalendarBridge fits into their scheduling workflows and review the features their employees would use before committing to a plan.

ICS Calendar Sync Support for Organization Accounts

Organization plans now support ICS based calendar syncing. This allows teams to include calendars published via ICS feeds alongside Google and Microsoft calendars, helping maintain a more complete and accurate unified schedule across tools and accounts.

Unified Calendar Updates

Night Mode on Web

Unified Calendar now includes a night mode option on the web. This provides a darker, low glare view that is easier on the eyes for early mornings, late nights, or users who prefer a dark interface.

Improved European Date and Time Support

Support for day first date formats and 24 hour time has been expanded. This creates a more natural and consistent experience for users and teams that follow European scheduling standards

Calendar Filtering and Customization

CalendarBridge now includes expanded filtering options that give users more control over what events sync between calendars. These updates help reduce clutter and ensure each calendar reflects only the information that belongs there.

Filtering updates include:

  • Limiting syncing to specific days of the week and time ranges
  • Syncing only events assigned a specific color
  • Applying the same filtering rules across Google, Microsoft, iCloud, and ICS calendar sources

These options are especially useful for separating work schedules, personal calendars, shared commitments, and other overlapping sources without exposing unnecessary details.

Scheduler Updates

Redirect After Booking

Schedulers now support automatic redirects after a meeting is booked. This allows hosts to send invitees to a custom destination immediately after confirmation, such as next steps, onboarding information, or additional resources.

Functionality Updates

Shared and Published Calendars

CalendarBridge now supports creating shared and published calendar feeds that others can subscribe to. These feeds make it easy to share availability or specific calendars with teammates, clients, or external partners without granting full account access.

Users can control which calendars are visible and how much detail is shown, allowing for flexible sharing while maintaining privacy. Published calendars automatically stay up to date as schedules change, reducing the need for manual updates or exports.
