The CalendarBridge Founder Story
Our story begins with a simple but frustrating problem, keeping multiple calendars in sync.
Paul Everton, a software engineer and serial entrepreneur, spent years developing and selling technology solutions for Fortune 100 companies and launching successful startups. But despite working on cutting-edge security and enterprise software, he kept running into the same issue millions of professionals face daily: the chaos of managing multiple calendars.
Meetings overlapped between different email accounts. Work and personal schedules clashed. Appointments disappeared. Like many consultants, executives, and remote workers, Paul relied on multiple platforms – Google, Outlook and Microsoft 365, but they simply didn’t communicate with each other.
Frustrated by the inefficiency, he decided to build a solution. He envisioned a seamless calendar sync tool, one that worked automatically, prevented scheduling conflicts, and kept availability accurate across all accounts. That idea became CalendarBridge. The platform designed to eliminate the hassle of managing multiple calendars and let professionals focus on what matters.
But solving scheduling for individuals was just the beginning. Businesses and developers needed better scheduling tools, too.
Today, CalendarBridge is trusted by fortune 500 companies, consultants, and enterprise teams worldwide. What started as a personal frustration has become an essential tool for anyone juggling multiple schedules. And now, with our developer-friendly API, we’re empowering the next generation of software engineers to build smarter scheduling solutions for the future.
"In a world where time is everything, your calendars should work for you, not against you."
Paul Everton, Founder of CalendarBridge
